  9. HISTORY:
  10. ~~~~~~~~
  11.      The idea of writing a hi and lo card game was given to me by my wife
  12. as she was playing on one of these machines you see in the arcades at some
  13. coastal resorts. From this idea I developed HI & LO the five card version.

  16. 7 CARD GAME:
  17. ~~~~~~~~~~~~
  18.      When you double click on it`s icon the title screen will be loaded.Next
  19. press your left mouse button to display the play screen.It is very easy to
  20. play as the only things you can click on are the buttons where the text is
  21. highlited in blue.

  24. Below is a list of the buttons in the game and what they do.
  25.

  27. START:
  28. ~~~~~~
  29.      Click on this to start the game and turn over the first card.
  30.  
  31. CHANGE:
  32. ~~~~~~~
  33.      If the first card you turn over is a middle card,you are advised to use
  34. this button,but remember it can only be used with the first card.
  35.  
  36. QUIT:
  37. ~~~~~
  38.      Click on this to escape from the game.
  39.  
  40. HI & LO:
  41. ~~~~~~~~
  42.      Once the first card has been turned over,use your skill to guess if the
  43. next card will be higer or lower than the previous card. e.g. The first card
  44. you got was 3 of hearts then the chances are that the next card will be
  45. higer.

  47. CONT.:

  49.      If you get to the end of the row of cards or the computor wins,clicking
  50. your left mouse button over the CONT. button,resets the screen and cards.

  56.      1. ACE IS LOW
  57.      2. IF YOU GET TWO CARDS THE SAME THEN YOU LOSE
  58.      3. IF YOU DO NOT GET TO THE END OF THE ROW,YOU LOSE
